Airbus A330-300 Retirement

On July 15th the Airbus A330-300 will officially retire from the MetroAir fleet. The retirement schedule is as follows:

MET 043 ORD-CDG Service ends June 27th
MET 103 BOS-MAD Service ends July 4th
MET 059 BOS-CDG Service ends July 11th
MET 091 BOS-LHR Service ends July 15th

The following ferry flights will be available on July 1st:

MET 8881 ORD-MCI Ferry for decommissioning
MET 8882 BOS-MCI Ferry for decommissioning

The above scheduled services will be moved to other aircraft types following the removal of the A333.

I'm a wee bit sad to see that beauty leaving the fleet.  :'(

A shame considering the Aerosoft A330 in this exact variant will be coming soon. Any chance of 787-9's in the future  ;D ?

@Joe: We still keep our 200 models, so once Aerosoft releases (if?) the Airbus A330-200 model it'll be a great option for Metro flights.
